Required skills:

•  Should be Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
•  Should be willing to work in a voice process

Responsibilities:

•  Working as customer support associate voice process
•  Would be handling inbound and outbound calls
•  Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)

Desired Profile:

•  Any Graduate (min. 15 years education)
•  Candidates with BE/ B.Tech degree with less than 60% are also eligible
